Melting Moment win FIAOn November the 15th 2013, we attended a star-studded food service industry award night.  FIA (Food Service Industry Australia) is the National organisation representing the broadest range of businesses involved with the Foodservice Industry.  With industry peers the likes of; Bulla Dairy Foods, HJ Heinz, Kellogs, Mars and Nestle, we were extra chuffed to receive the 2013 Product of the Year for the shelf stable category – for the second year in a row!

It’s been a long 12 months, developing, refining and ensuring this range is commercially viable for us and our food service clients.  It’s great to be awarded for that hard work.

Compared to a French Macaron, the Charlie’s Melting Moment offers Chefs and F&B Managers an Australian option that is more cost effective, shelf stable at ambient temperatures and easier to handle. These have replaced the Macaron in Australia’s most prestigious Entertainment Complexes, Convention & Exhibition Centres as well as corporate offices and professional service firms.

These melt in your mouth big bite size morsels, come in seven retro and contemporary flavours; Traditional Lemon, Raspberry White Choc, Passionfruit Raspberry, Choc Salted Caramel, Orange Espresso, Choc ‘Noir’ Mint, and Blackcurrant ‘Cassis’.
