We deliver to Melbourne Sydney area 5 days a week, Monday to Friday. Delivery lead time is within 2 days for orders received prior to 2.00pm via either:
We deliver to greater Sydney on set days. Please contact us to find out which day we deliver to your area.
To ensure you receive your orders as required, we would be happy to call you on a regular basis (for example every second Thursday morning before lunch service) to prompt your order. Please let our customer service team know if you would like a regular call.
If you take specialised or custom-made products, please note these are made to order and an extended lead time will apply. Details of this can be confirmed with your sales representative or our customer service team.
Shelf life and storage
Most of our products have a 9 month shelf life from date of manufacture in their packaging. We recommend you store our products in a cool dry place – between 5 and 18 degrees. Once the packaging is opened we suggest you consume our product within 7-14 days or store it an airtight container. All product labels and specs provide detailed storage instructions. Shelf life of cookies stored in Jars is approximately 2 weeks, can be longer if the lid is kept properly closed and product is kept away from heat and sunlight.
Charlie’s slices Fresh have a 6 week shelf life from the date of manufacture. Charlie’s recommends that our slices be stored refrigerated when not on display. Charlie’s slices can be frozen. We suggest that our slices be consumed within 5 days of being thawed.
- We offer complimentary delivery for Metro Sydney orders over $150 ex GST
- For orders that fall below these amounts, a small charge of approximately $20.00 (ex GST) will be applied.
- Orders for Regional NSW will attract a small freight charge of $25 ex GST.
Terms of Payment
Please take a moment to read through our terms and conditions of trade. You will have completed an account application or discussed payment terms with your sales representative. We ask that that you make payment for your cookies in accordance with your account terms. If you wish to leave a credit card on file, please let our customer service team know.
Invoices are to be paid within 14 days from the date of the invoice, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Ingredients and Preservatives
Finally Charlie’s prides itself on using premium quality ingredients. A limited number of the ingredients we use have preservative 202. However we do not add additional preservatives, colourings or artificial flavours. We try as much as possible to bring you the tastes of home baked cookies.
